As we always do with these projects, we like to make room for readers to offer their own thoughts. So here are the best thrillers of the 21st century, as chosen by New York Times readers. Their choices were so fascinating — and wide-ranging — that we extended the list from 50 to 100. (To make their picks, readers played a game we designed for this project .)
