While receiver Malik Nabers is not expected to be put on PUP, The Post confirmed, tight end Thomas Fidone and defensive tackles Roy Robertson-Harris and Sam Roberts will be out to start training camp next Tuesday in White Sulphur Springs, W. Va.
Fidone was sidelined at the end of his rookie season due to a foot injury.
He needed a “clean-up” procedure in June, per head coach John Harbaugh, that kept him out of most of the spring.

Roberts, who signed a minimum free agent contract, was limited to five games with the Falcons last season by a knee injury, and he did not participate in the spring due to offseason surgery.
Rookies reported to East Rutherford for physicals Thursday and will be joined next week by the veterans before a team flight to remote training camp.
Nabers is still recovering from two surgeries to repair the torn ACL and torn meniscus in his right knee from last Sept. 28.

If any player is on PUP on Aug. 28 when roster cuts happen, then the player is required to miss the first four games of the regular season.
