Add The New York Post on Google Miami has become the manosphere’s Mecca, with the biggest names pushing toxic masculinity — including Andrew Tate, Clavicular, Myron Gaines, and Justin Waller — all congregating there.
However, in the first sign their dream may be souring, it’s also where Tate and his brother, Tristan, were arrested last month for potential extradition to face rape charges in the UK.
South Florida sources say the city’s a big draw for misogynist mega-voices due to its tolerance.
“Miami is the kind of place where you don’t get a second chance — you get ten chances,” Greg Mirmellil, a realtor who recently helped Clavicular rent an apartment there, told The Post. “It’s very non-judgmental.”
It’s also a major hub for pornographic production and OnlyFans models, meaning there is a steady stream of young women in the area, who manosphere influencers love to feature in their podcasts and streams — yet also denigrate and harass, for content and clicks.
“There’s a lot of beautiful women, specifically sex workers, girls that do OnlyFans, or they’re in the sugar baby lifestyle, here in Miami,” resident and adult content creator Willow Ryder told The Post.
Miami has long been a home to aspiring bikini models and influencers, but its adult production industry got a boost in 2020, as Florida had less strict COVID restrictions than other states.
It’s become so widespread, local leases now frequently include clauses expressly banning the production of explicit material in luxury properties.
One influencer notorious for featuring adult entertainers in his streams is Clavicular, who made a name for himself as a “looksmaxxer” by preaching that appearance is everything and going to any length to improve his own looks — including allegedly taking meth to lose weight.
Clavicular, real name Braden Peters, has turned a Miami penthouse into his streaming quarters, where he films himself for hours a day before hitting the streets and clubs with a camera in tow. According to The Real Deal , he rented a five-bedroom, 6,500-square-foot penthouse in Paramount Miami Worldcenter earlier this year.
“It was spectacular, the best penthouse in the building, and I guess he’s a young, wealthy kid that wants the best,” Mirmelli, who represented both sides of the transaction, said.
He declined to share the rent but referred The Post to reporting estimating Clavicular is paying between $35,000 and $45,000 a month.
In May, Clavicular, who is 20, showed up to a party hosted by adult film stars, then proceeded to berate female attendees about their sexual histories while filming for his millions of followers, who are mostly teenage boys.
One attendee was Ryder, 27, who hadn’t heard of the teen Looksmaxxer until the event, but observed firsthand the parasitic relationship the manosphere has to the porn industry.
“He was definitely there just getting ‘rage bait’ content, whether it’s him making really disrespectful remarks or trying to demean and humiliate us,” she said, noting his presence made one friend cry.
Clavicular, who is originally from Hoboken, New Jersey, has used the Miami clubbing and music scene as a personal promotion platform (despite being 20, technically too young for many of the city’s nightlife establishments) and even reportedly acquired part-ownership of a club, Bacara in Miami Beach, which opened in April — a testament to the city’s willingness to tolerate toxicity.
“In Miami, we can all laugh and say ‘Okay, you have your point of view. I have my point of view,’ and we respect it. No one blows it out of proportion the way they do in other places,” Mirmelli said.
“I think part of the appeal is that you can be an eccentric, kind of crazy person, and, as long as you’re driving your Ferrari and you can afford a waterfront house, nobody’s judging you.”
Showing up and flashing the cash was exactly what the Tate brothers did in early 2025, after fleeing sex trafficking charges in Europe.
The pair used Miami as the launching pad for a social media revamp, foregrounding the city in their content. Andrew frequently posted videos of himself roaming the streets and ranting about wealth and status at the waterfront. Recent uploads on Rumble — as they are banned from mainstream platforms — include thumbnails like “ANDREW TATE ON MIAMI WATER” and “MIAMI UNO.”
Andrew — who grew up with brother Tristan in England, where he has boasted about starting a pimping empire — claimed in March 2025 to have purchased a Miami penthouse, although The Post was unable to confirm any recorded sale to him.
“After buying a new $5 million Bugatti that morning, Andrew Tate spends another $44 million on a luxury penthouse in Miami,” a fan account gushed on X over one video.
However, the Anglo-American brothers had ignored Florida gov. Ron DeSantis’ warning they were not welcome in the state, and their life of apparent luxury was brought to an abrupt halt on July 18. They were arrested in downtown Miami on a sealed warrant outside a venue where Andrew was slated to co-host a bare-knuckle boxing event and remain in federal custody.
Meanwhile, Male lifestyle influencers who aren’t fully fledged pimps and only trash women for content purposes are still operating freely.
Connecticut-born Myron Gaines — author of the book “Why Women Deserve Less” — hosts his “Fresh and Fit” podcast from his luxury penthouse.
The show, which streams live at 11pm three nights a week, typically features Gaines and another male co-host alongside a half-dozen women, who are humiliated, questioned about their intimate lives, and peppered with misogyny.
