During remarks at a Rose Garden luncheon yesterday, the president said El-Sayed “is a Muslim Brotherhood guy, 100 percent.” Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, who was born in Michigan to Egyptian immigrant parents, has denied any ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, which the U.S. earlier this year designated a terrorist organization.
