President Trump signed an executive order Thursday forbidding foreign women from obtaining visas to enter the U.S. for the purpose of giving birth to a child -- so-called "birth tourism" -- as he tried to close one of the avenues of birthright citizenship left open by the Supreme Court's ruling in June.
