After the Tennessee Titans fourth consecutive loss at the start of the 2026 season, it’s expected that players and staff would be a tad testy.
Not only did Tennessee fall 24-18 to the Baltimore Ravens , they were forced to watch their former superstar running back Derrick Henry start out his revenge game by dancing in the end zone within the opening minutes.
Naturally, players didn’t seem to take it well – as expected. Or, well, one player didn’t.
Even though the Ravens were Lamar Jackson-less during the second half of the loss, which allowed the Titans to creep slightly closer score wise, the Ravens defense managed to easily silence Tennessee’s 2025 first overall pick Cam Ward. So, naturally, Ward was frazzled during the post game presser.
“The Titans livestream caught Cam Ward at the podium before the media had finished with other players in the open locker room,” someone posted on X. “An impatient Ward threatened to walkout if he had to wait longer than three minutes and tapped his fingers on the podium.”
Fans ended up ripping into the quarterback on social media for his impatience.
”3 AND 18 AND HES TIMING THE MEDIA LIKE A RESTAURANT WAIT LIST,” one person said on X .
”The hell? Are you kidding me? Didn’t you just watch Lamar Jackson, man? The best football player in the league and perhaps one of the very best QBs ever, and how humble he is? Who the heck are you kid?” another expressed .
”Maybe walk out and practice,” someone commented.
Ward ended the game 20-of-31 for 222 yards, with one interception and a touchdown.
