Nine people have died by crossing over from Morocco to the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, this according to Spanish authorities. Officials are urging for a national emergency to be declared as the number of migrants attempting to reach Spanish territory has surged in recent days. They've spent hours at sea, some say more than four, crossing from Morocco to the Spanish enclave, north of the country, in hope of obtaining asylum in the European Union.
