NBC News · LC · trust 50/100

Jackson was on the sideline without a helmet during the Baltimore’s first possession of the third quarter, with the Ravens holding a 24-7 lead at the time. The team announced that he was questionable to return, but Jackson did not play another snap.
He was also seen wearing a boot on his left ankle after the game, according to ESPN .
Jackson was off to a hot start before leaving. He completed 15 of 20 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. He also carried the ball twice for 20 yards.
He was tackled on the second to last play of the half and appeared to be favoring his ankle after going to the sideline. He was replaced by backup Tyler Huntley to start the third quarter.
Huntley finished the game completing 8 of 9 passes for 63 yards, and Baltimore did not score again.
Injuries have been an issue at times for Jackson, a two-time MVP. He missed four games last year, and the Ravens went only 2-2 in his absence. Baltimore finished the 2025 season 8-9 and missed the playoffs.
In 2021, Jackson missed five games, and the Ravens went 1-4 without him, missing the playoffs. The following season, he again missed five games and didn’t play in Baltimore’s first-round playoff loss.
