The French Football Federation on Thursday pulled its support for Gianni Infantino's bid for re-election as the head of international football body FIFA, French media reported.

Infantino has come under heavy criticism his handling of the Folarin Balogun red-card case at the World Cup, as well as his failed plan to sell stakes in the event.
